When you get all Oneitisy - go cold turkey - get off her Facebook (disconnect), and get a grip on her thoughts.
Meditation would be useful. When you catch yourself thinking about her, mentally shout "Stop!"

Obession/Oneitis is a tough battle and I suspect pyschochemicals like Oxycontin are at work but you can overcome it. Finding a new focus for your attention will help (a new chick or better yet chicks...)

The worst oneitis i had was for a histrionic - a 9, and I believe she gamed me.

The second worst eventually came around, and guess what... that is the irony of oneitis...you loose interest and realize they weren't "all that" in the first place when the spell whears off.

Fight this fire by starting a backfire: find a new woman or women.

I appreciate the help man. That's the thing. I have a couple other women in my life that are expressing serious interest. Thing is their personalities are super weak and I don't wanna put in the effort. One is a supremely basic lizard and other is painfully shy/prude (I've encountered this multiple times with Asian chicks). I need to get out and approach....

I don't know if she really used any game on me. It was really just the fact that I could talk and be open about my past/failings/whatever, and she would listen.

I'm not even sure it's oneitis, either. I may still have feelings for the girl, but I'm sleeping with another girl, and I have no problem going out and gaming other girls. To me, "oneitis" means that you're preventing yourself from hooking up with other women because of your fixation on the one girl.

Once you got into the game, oneitis suddenly becomes so simple.

Everybody no matter their skill catches oneitis, but based on my experience, no player who is gaming and sleeping with multiple girls at a time have oneitis. It only affects you once you decide to drop all the other leads and focus on chasing that "one special girl" or "the one that got away"

Maybe I got it wrong, but I don't think it's possible for someone spinning multiple plates to catch oneitis. Except if he suddenly drops all the plates for some girl, of course. Some girl has their game too. There's one thing everyone deep in the game will tell you, is that after a certain point, all women become replaceable.

When I caught oneitis I did EVERYTHING in the book: therapy, finding new hobby, moving to a new country, immersing myself in studies and martial arts (hell I got Honor Student for that, gotta thanks the bitch ) for 2 years and NOTHING worked. It was only when I got smashed and went red pill and started approaching and hitting women en masse did that magically disappear. Like, you suddenly wake up then you be like why the hell did I fall for that girl.

Since then I've had a few little obsessions here and there, but it's more about like "why did I fuck up" kinda obsession and never about the girl herself. And it never lasts for more than 2 weeks. Actually, it never lasts if you keep going out gaming.
