Recently I've become disillusioned with my extensive social group. All they generally do is get shitfaced on the weekend and engage in frivolous banter typically concentrated on one-upmanship and putting each other down.

For some reason I reconnected with a friend from highschool and have immersed myself in his social group. Despite having known these guys from a while ago and not really being friends they seem amicable and even though perceived as potentially a bunch of misfits have a considerably extensive female friendgroup. So i rock up to a girl's house who is having a barbecue with bulk beverages thinking its going to be an all out party(location is relatively remote and the word 'farmhouse' thrown around).

When we get there all of the ladies are completely sober and a handful are extremely cute. Let me mention at this point, that I am no master of game hence my commenting here (slept with 3 girls in my life). The host is a very warm and attractive student who has perpetually friendzoned guys in this said group(evidently for never making a move or demonstrating any value). We have a long conversation concerning her life and she seems receptive to me at least on a friendly level. She begins to say what a great thing it is for me (who rocked up unknown and invited though she doesnt say this) to come by and subtly begins to integrate me into her future endeavours such as. " oh you live 5 minutes from beach! OMG I wish i could just live with you in the summer". So things go well and i disengage and start chatting to another girl. Both girls are solid 8's but this one is very much more introverted. I increase comfort levels with her and she explains how she is studying to become a doctor. I come up with a smooth method(so i think) of pointing out how small her kneecaps and proceed to say "you're going to be a doctor tell me what these muscles are" running my hand slowly up and down her legs at different parts of her leg. She smiles and laughs albeit nervously but allows me to put in work. Keep in mind all these girls were 100% sober. I was quite chuffed with my work but something came up all of a sudden and we had to bounce.

So I now know the host, but her hot doctor friend alludes me except a first name. Where should i go from here. Is the game over if i dont close for a number on the hot doctor friend? I already have the number of the host for social purposes but I sensed an underlying "save me syndrome I need a beta provider".

Where should I go from here?

No its not over, since they're all part of the same circle, get her number next time. Ask her out for drinks, and proceed as usual. You don't need to have 100% perfect game, as long as you're better than the betas she's surrounded with then you have it in the bag.

Often a cute or hot woman with chump guy friends will swing for the fences with a guy that will fuck her brains out and treat her like trash. She will only tell one close girl friend about these problems and her guy friends won't be any wiser.

Lots of these chicks are fucking on the down-low outside their social circles, often then only boyfriend a social circle guy.

Don't judge yourself against her other guy friends. Judge yourself against the upper 20% of local male competition in your city that has access to her.
