Ive benn going out to the clubs and bars and have girls run up and hug me, but then just walk off and never do anything, is this an attention whore type thing, and if it is what should I do to them instead of just always smiling and saying hey real loud, loud of course cause its a club!!!!! lol

You are dressed the wrong way. If a random girl comes up to you don't let her in your space. Stop her at arm's length putting your hand on her shoulder and say "Hey what's up? Do I know you?" Make her qualify herself to you. If she doesn't then she can piss off. You want to convey an air of "selection" that you won't just select any old heifer this is what you gotta do. Other Women will notice and it makes it look more like you are rejecting them and not the other way around.
