Just finished. Easy read. 260 pages.

Anyone else read it? A lot of very interesting ideas.

Yeah, great book. Pairs very well with The Power of Habit, as they both deal with a lot of the same ideas and themes. They even quote a few of the same studies.

@RawGod: It basically introduces scientific evidence that willpower is a finite resource that can be depleted and replenished depending on how much you use it. By understanding how to manage it, you can use it more wisely and maximize your self-improvement efforts.

Most things we do use a little of our willpower, but the things that require conscious effort use the most. Habits use the least, so by slowly building positive habits, you are able to maximize your willpower and get the most done.
