Muslim world and Arab world are two totally different thing. I've been living on/off in Turkey for 2 years now and it's forbidden to get married with 2 women at the same time.
They're also %99 Muslim but it's forbidden by law. I've never lived in Arab country, so I don't know but one of my best friend from college in LA is from Iran and I know tons of people in Turkey, Iranian and Turkish people have nothing to do with Arabs.
Those 3 countries will never get along with each other.
