From my experience in the game, I know the importance of logistics and it means the difference between a frustrating night where everyone goes empty handed and a smooth night with a happy ending.

Before I try to pull anyone, I've been doing some recon around the neighborhood. Good lounges and bars nearby, eateries that aren't too expensive, coffee shops, etc. Plus learning the parking rules, etc.

I live in a car centric city with major sprawl without public transportation, so knowing the parking rules are important. But I was wondering if it's better to:

A. Have the girl meet me at a bar, and then both of us drive to our place (she follows me).

B. Have the girl meet me at my place first, park her car in a "safe" parking space (knowing her car won't get towed), then we head out together.

I'm leaning towards B because that way I get to bring her back, and it'd be easy to get her up to my apartment from there.

Guys with more experience can chime in?

B is more ideal, but will depend solely on how much comfort you've built

A may be more likely 1st time out but still very workable

Pick her up at her place in your car.

That is the best and most traditional way.

What complication are you running into?

Like the idea of picking her up at her place, but I would have to be feeling supremely confident about getting a bang. Otherwise I don't like investing too much for a low probability.

No complications really, just doing some recon around here and thinking things thru. Important because of my past experience, one time I went on a date with a girl and i old her to park on so and so street, and she got a parking ticket. Never talked to me again despite offering to pay the ticket.
