Not FFL, was a POG Sergeant in the Corps but on account of a one-time interest I came across cervens.net. Forum for former/current/wannabe FFL. Lots of good info and some fun reading there.

I recommend a read-through on the Legion preparation program that was posted there a few years back. Very good look at the general physical requirements.
