Any web designers here?
Besides the usual w3schools and stackoverflow, what are the best resources on CSS3 and Responsive Design that you know?

I am pretty good with back-end using PHP and MySQL but front-end is something I need to get better at.

Google and the RvF search feature are both renown for finding good resources.
