I will be in Tallinn the 2nd half of February getting my E-Residency and was hoping you guys would have some up to date info on the scene in the Old Town.

I'll be staying in an apartment near the Olde Hansa.

Any places I should definitely check out?

Is it worth it to take a day or two to go over to Helsinki?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Follow up question:

I am coming from Austin, Texas. Would it be too over the top to wear cowboy boots over there? I am assuming it'd be best to leave the Stetson hat at home... that just seems like it screams "I need attention." But I don't actually own anything other than athletic shoes, dress shoes and cowboy boots so if the weather sucks I'd rather not trudge through the snow in dress shoes.
