Are there really penis and vagina countries or we all make it up to be that way?

Lets me explain you guys, If we take in consideration countries like australia or the US being the prime examples of penis societies.. I'll explain myself, Penis countries are those societies were the male gender hold little to no value and Vagina stands in a quite high pedestal... A guy has the must to be extremely goodlooking and improve himself in order to compete for average looking women...(lot of guys working out in gym, learning pua, buying expensive/fancy clothes, being overly confident, aggressive and assertive, etc)

Is it social conditioning or harsh truth?

I mean is it mostly propaganda overhyped by guys who are afraid to approach and whine in internet that women are difficult, or do they really try their chances and come back reporting the difficult ground they have to deal with on daily life?

Yes, of course, because the difficulties of Anglo women in countries such as the USA and Australia haven't yet been discussed on here, my bad.
