Sometimes you have to suffer through this kind of blue pill pain before you can swallow down the red pill. Also good music to put on when a girl first comes over. When she mentions it I get a faraway look and say "I don't want to talk about it" takes down the guard before an escalation.

The Mexicans 'Maná' used to be quite blue pill, but in the last times they have transitioned to something much more interesting. Check out the story of this video, no need to understand Spanish:

Great post Kamikaze, Calle 13 y Soda Stereo en particular son míticos.

For me, Buena Vista Social Club never gets old and is very accessible.

I've found that Rioplatense electrotango is great mood music for having a woman over. Gotan Project and my personal favorite Bajofondo - they are great live as well.





Bomba Estéreo is a quality Colombian outfit with some really danceable tracks.
