RE: Beginner Weight Training
I've been doing this one lately and really enjoy it. Nice all around workout, but it's not for gaining mass. Good for getting started, back in shape or toning. I've yet to get it in under 30m as advertised (alone, no partner) but I stretch before, between the 2 sets, and after too.

2 things I want to address.

First, I am going to refer you to my beginners program. I would do either zercher squats or front squats in place of the back squat and floor press in place of bench because of your lack of equipment.

Second, anybody who says you cant squat heavy 3+ times a week at any stage is an idiot. Run a smolov cycle and grow some balls.

RE: Beginner Weight Training
the "all pro" routine on bb.com is a much better beginner routine than starting strength. more upper body, higher reps, slower progression. still has you squatting 3x a week for those who have a macho obsession with the lift

to be fair, you don't need to squat at all if quad circumference is not a training goal.
