Physicians =/= niche surgeon. So what if somebody wants KK sized implants or duck face lips. As long as you don't kill or endanger them aside from risks you explain a and they accept and sign off as who cares?

These plastic surgeons make bank of feeding of narcism and the females growing desire to fend off the wall. What a great industry to be a part of.

Nobody last their lunch by this fruit cake wasting money to look like a miss potato head. Why should the doctor be shamed? He did what the person wanted.

I can see your point. And it can be difficult to draw a line between reasonable indulgence of someone's narcissism, and taking advantage of a mentally ill person. But I think this faggot is clearly a case where his doctors went too far and failed to provide adequate care. I would say my thinking was somewhat influenced by this Louis Theroux documentary:

Fucking hell. I know there's no accounting for taste but what in living fuck drives a person to do that to themselves? With girls I can at least somewhat understand it (last chick I got with had a nosejob and mildly comical lip fillers), but this is some Pete Burns shit....and think about how awful he looks now!

Is that really her? IMO she looks much better in that pic. Like an actual human being instead of a duckfaced, makeup shellac'd plastic blow-up doll assembled in a lab by Conglomo.

But still nowhere near as "hot" as the media industrial complex tells us we should think she is. Your point still stands, the most worthwhile thing about her is that she embodies female privilege.
