I plan on staying on in the Ukraine for 2 or 3 months before my next assignment.

I plan on being there from March to May and had a few questions for those that have been there for a long time.

1. Is it better to be closer to the beach when the weather gets warmer or stay near the main street?

2. Whats the best site to find a temp place? airbnb? and what's a good rate to pay?

3. Are there more girls around during the spring because of the universities?

I've read the datasheets but looking for people that have been there a long time.

You haven't read the datasheets. You skimmed through it.
Everything you asked is in every datasheet out there on Ukraine.
Plus plenty of people have been there a long time.
