It has become almost like a western wide rule. Also, with the exception of the Philippines, this trend is creeping into countries where girls speak English better, with each passing year.
For example, I also see that with more westernized young party girls in Jakarta.
Countries,where English language penetration is minimal, like Colombia or Russia, have the least amount of this phenomenon.
People can talk about dressing like Giovonny and it doesn't matter. But it does, because it affects the amount of effort and approaches you need to do to land quality young girls.

Unfortunately the aging phenomenon has infiltrated EE also (though not as badly as USA). A Belorussian girl I was dating overseas basically told me..."you have another 5 years to continue gaming". At that time I thought she was speaking of jealousy as she saw me flirting with another girl but now as I continue aging (i am almost 36) I am realizing that the shit-tests are becoming much more numerous every time I visit EE. Passing for a "grad student" now requires way more effort

I met up with a forum member recently he is mid 40s. He said he had no issue with early-mid 20s chicks in Russia still.
