ISIS also posted a photo of a beheaded female Kurdish soldier in Kobane.
The woman was reportedly a brave Kurdish fighter – and a mother.

ISIS has also been forcing reluctant militants to fight by executing deserters and physically tying them to tanks and machinery.

Cut off from supplies and reinforcements they are losing slowly. But putting up a very good fight.

Once again:

ISIS doesn't seem very formidable in light of this. In spite of having superior weapons, reinforcements and supplies

I don't believe that ISIS is a credible threat. It's far too convienient that the existence of ISIS enables the US to invade Iraq and Syria.

With that frame of reference, I question the decision making capability of anyone who would do what that dude is doing. If he wants to go on some fool's errand, that is up to him, but it is an idiot move to do so.

My only question is that how these fuckers are able to capture that much terriotory in Syria and Iraq in the first place. I've watched like dozens of isis/al-nusra videos and i wonder how can you think/operate tactically when every 4th and 5th word you speak is 'allahu ackbar'???

Like the voice comes through on the transceiver:
"Abu-terror Al-Bombardi i to muhammad Al-fuckscamels"
"Allahu Ackbar muhammad Allahu! muhammad 1-4, send it"
"allahu ackbar"
"roger muhammad 1-4, allahu ackbar indeed! muhammad allahu Ackbar clear"
"allahu ackbar allahu ackbar ALLAHU ACKBAR"
"copy that, allahu ackbar"

Seems Weird!

True! I guess in the end what matters more than communication and formal military training is actual battlefield experience. A lot of these Jihadis have been battle hardened in Somalia, Afghanistan and the secterian war in Iraq. It's like Boxing where you can train your whole life but a guy with actual fighting experience will end up besting you 9/10 times.

Many IS commanders and top lieutenants are sunni ex Iraqi military or ex Ba'ath party members, they aren´t idiots. They know exactly what they are doing.

Most of these useful iditos seen in the news, screaming allah akbur, on the other hand, are nothing but cannon fodder.

The advance into Tikrit has seen no MSM airtime whatsoever apart from Reuters.com. Right now they're clearing the last remnants of ISIS from the city.

The militias didn't like the fact American air power helped them. The Americans didn't like helping the Iranian effort either.

What will happen is that ISIS will retreat further until Mosul is surrounded. But Mosul will fall and they know it. They will retreat into Syria and hold up there. with the Nusra front. Possible new strategies for Libya and Yemen. It will be a long time till this cancer is done.

Long time cancer only because we allow it to be that way.

Instead of spending decades fighting with no results while losing hundreds of billions, we should set up a total war strategy like we did against the Japanese with no regard to the civilian population. Raze Al-Raqqa to the ground. Give civilians a week to evacuate and then carpet bomb Ali Baba and his 40000 thieves.

Cut off their electricity and water sources. Besiege and starve whole cities. Yes we might kill a couple thousand Innocents in the process but it would be better in the long run.

The question needs to be ... how many people can i kill in order to swifly bring an end to this so i can save X amount of people?

Yeah and support The Kurds for fucks sake. And whoever think the Iranians are the enemy and not the Saudis is wrong!

I just hope Assad will hold on to atleast the western provinces of Syria and form an alliance with the kurds by offering them a Kurdish state in exchange for help against nusra and isis. The Ottomans will never let that happen though. It is amazing how similar real life politics is to Game of Thrones lol

RE: ISIS related clashes and riots in Europe
For a while, I thought it would be best if Bashar Al Assad stayed in power; but I do not hold this belief anymore. Here is an incomplete list of the things Assad has done since the civil war started.
  • Dropping bombs over refugee camps
  • Deliberately engaging in mass starvation and the prevention of medical treatment
  • Killing political opponents
  • Indiscriminately kidnapping, sexually abusing, torturing, and killing thousands of civilians.
  • Using little children as human shields
  • Systematically looting property and not allowing water and basic sanitation to reach people.

There is also evidence to suggest Assad is collaborating with ISIS and even allowed them to spread. It's clear from all of this that Bashar isn't nearly as clever as his father Hafez; but not only that, any leader that has to resort to these drastic measures to continue leading their own country does not deserve that power.

Bashar needs to hang and burn.

Only the Peshmerga the the KRG. The Leftist Kurds on the other hand will perpetuate the same "Gender Equality" and other leftist shenanigans in the middle east. Consider the fact that they have a gender quota for their parliament:

Quote:he political system of Rojava is a mixture of socialist principles at the local level with libertarian principles at the national level. The constitution has protection for currency, property rights and free trade.[33] The basic unit at the local level is the community which pools resources for education, protection and governance. At a national level communities are unrestricted in deciding their own economic decisions on who they wish to sell to and how resources are allocated. There is a broad push for social reform, gender equality and ecological stabilization in the region.[34]

Quote:Among other stipulations outlined is a quota of 40% for women’s participation in government, as well as another quota for youth

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rojava

Quote:But, she adds: "It is also about emancipation from the general oppression of women in Kurdish rural areas perpetrated by the state and by the traditional family structure."Dr Caglayan explains: "In a society where women were 'invisible', the PKK valued them as individuals and provided an atmosphere to express themselves."

For traditional and conservative families, letting their daughters join the ranks of the PKK's armed wing was not a straightforward process.

In the beginning, Kurdish families resisted the idea that their daughters would take up arms and live side by side with men.

"However, the legitimacy gained by the organisation's struggle among Kurdish people eventually made it difficult for them to prevent their daughters joining the PKK," Dr Caglayan says.

The PKK's policy of strictly forbidding its men and women to have sexual relationships certainly helped traditional families not to see their daughter's joining the organisation as an insult to the "honour" of the family.

But, Dr Caglayan says, while the PKK's success in mobilising women has started to change attitudes in Kurdish society, within the family change is coming about much more slowly.

I cannot believe that people are so gullible to believe that stuff.

Support Al-Quaeda - we are at war with East-Oceania or was it West-Oceania?

Saddam is a bad guy, Assad is a bad guy - oh sorry - maybe not so bad, but bad enough. He threw incubator babies out (said the ambassador's daughter on live TV on CNN - she is indeed a credible witness who was right there during the Kuweit invasion - ambassador's daughters are always on the front right when the shock-troops arrive).

Turned out later that ALL HAVE BEEN lies. Saddam was a benevolent ruler compared to the shit-storm happening there and the shit-storm that is going to happen for the next decades.

How can anyone believe that propaganda?

Besides I believe that ISIS is Al-Queada - Coca Cola has just been renamed Coke classic. Turkey supports anything the CIA supports, so of course it is getting money from somewhere.

Of course there are plenty of "freedom fighters" doing real "God's work" killing everyone in sight.

You cannot really trust any information coming out of the area. The only thing I believe is that innocent people are dying there.

All of those Islamic groups are the same as far as I'm concerned. I personally believed that there should have never been foreign interference in the civil war. Foreign interference makes it worse.

This whole "Israel created ISIS" is a bunch of nonsense. Sounds like poorly put together disinformation.

My primary point is that the regime is no better. The only reason Syrians tend to support Assad more is because the rebels are worse; however, Assad's forces are committing just as many atrocities. They just aren't grandstanding about it like ISIS.

Much of what I mentioned about Assad is true though. He's even using chlorine as weaponry now.

I am not saying that Israel created ISIS. Isreal is part of the global control matrix, so of course it is involved, but so is Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar - so I would not overstress Israel itself - and certainly the Jewish people even less so.

We may or may not find out what Assad truly did.

https://www.youtube.com/user/SyrianGirlpartisan

(Also - side message - would bang with the strength of a 100 wild camels - heh.)

I used to watch some of the interviews of this Syriangirl activist who seems to be one of the more powerful families ousted by Assad, but even she opposes the war on Syria and Assad.
Gaddafi was celebrated and invited to official parties and banquets 2 years before getting killed. Then suddenly he was painted as some kind of blood-thirsty dictator.

Frankly I don't care what they do down there. It's all following a long-term plan:
