No idea who he is or what hes about but props t9 these youtubers who basically create a movement and following off nothing but a webcam and self promotion even if many of them and their vids are stupid.

Those are very lower class british accents - probably ditto for their middlebrow audience of kiddies.

Overall it's a good metaphor for the decline of the British Empire.
