Accused men are now echoing the complaints of their (most often) female accusers: that schools are violating Title IX, the federal law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs.

I see the writing on the walls that a lot of the normal population of young adults in America are starting to wise up to the fact that this ultra-PC culture is absurd and the unbalanced favor granted to women over men in all facets of social and legal settings needs to change. In a statement released by their son's attorney, Karin and Andreas Nungesser said, "We all are disappointed by the decision of the court. But we look forward to taking on this opportunity that the court has given us to re-plead our case and amend the complaint.

"We still believe that it is untenable that the rule of law and the assumption of innocence ends behinds campus gates. If the court dismisses the amended complaint as well, all parents who are planning to send their sons to college should know: Innocent until proven guilty no longer applies on college campuses."

Nungesser has 30 days to submit an amended complaint before the dismissal is final.

The court basically said that his case was invalid because his treatment wasn't as a result of his gender. He can't use Title IX.

The case isn't dead, but his team needs to take another approach to show how Columbia fucked him over.

I took a first date to her art show and wrote a review. Trigger warning: it's somewhat sympathetic to Sulkowicz (and mostly self-absorbed shit about me).

The show is her standing in a gallery next to a replica of herself. You talk to her one on one. You can ask whatever you want, but if you get into the rape she directs you to the replica. It has an iPad in front of it that plays canned answers.

Talking to her was a bit like talking to a broadcast personality in "on" mode. I wanted to see if I could get an honest moment out of her. I sort of did.

I'm digging up this old thread because I need a place to put a disturbing piece of info that I just came across.

In a recent video featuring dissident feminists Christina Hoff Sommers and Camille Paglia, Sommers states that the University of North Carolina now employs "40 or 50 sexual assault...workshoppers." Paglia replies "What a waste of money!'

I've often said that feminism is being pushed because it's a jobs program for women. This proves it, but even I didn't know it was this bad. Men aren't even a majority on college campuses, yet they need that many crisis counselors? I don't think so.

Sommers makes the statement at about 21 minutes into this video if anyone wants to watch. She says these women spend all their time going back and forth to "conferences" and bringing wacky, ill-informed ideas back to campus. This is probably why we see weirder and weirder ideas in this area each year. They have to generate hysteria to keep themselves employed.

For example, the latest coming out of this college is that commenting on a woman's shoes or using the words "boyfriend" or "girlfriend" are now microaggressions.

(Regarding Sommers: I know she's become persona non grata because she's come down on Roosh on Twitter and was in favor of firing Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

I strongly disagree with her on those issues, but believe she is very right when she sticks with what she knows best: the excesses and insanity of college feminism. I don't think Sommers is well-informed on issues outside of her area of expertise, but her critique of college feminists in this video is dead-on.)

If your job depends on handling sexual assault caseloads, you can't afford to have empty files. There's not a whole lot of real rape on campus coming from effete beta and feminized guys. So you need to keep lowering the bar of what constitutes "sexual assault."

This system absolutely requires hysteria to keep it afloat and keep these pigs employed.

I know there's a lot of "dislike" towards "female anti-feminists" however I find it's not so much that women like Sommers and Lauren Southern are anti-feminist but rather they are "pro-logic" because they understand how unnecessary feminism is.
