I want to say internet marketing because I know quite a few guys who do very well online.

The common theme seems to be 3-5 years in internet marketing until you make it big. Learn all the skills, copy, etc. This is where I do all my side gigs. I see no greater freedom in the world than having the knowledge to create a business anywhere in the world at anytime.

On year 1.5-2 right now and I'm starting to see progress after I ditched the affiliate crap and decided to make a legit business.

There's nothing truly mainstream that fits that description. There are multi-billion dollar hedge funds that are 100% male and probably red pill, but not just anyone gets in at those places. Your best bet is to just find something mid market in a region known for being a little more socially conservative.

investment banking / finance tends to be pretty male heavy with the culture to match. that said, the hours are the opposite of what you're looking for

engineering, especially at smaller companies, can be male dominated and the culture can reflect this. once you learn what you're doing the work/life can be pretty good, too

in general, smaller private companies can have a culture that is more eccentric than big publicly traded companies. if you look around you could probably find a good fit on culture

Update on my situation, also could use a little advice.

Turn out, I landed a good gig but it is about the least red pill job in the world.

Its a junior manager position in a big media research company. The team I work with, 20 girls and me... The director is also a career-type power woman. A bit more guys in the other departments and they seem cool but since we dont work together there4s little interaction.

Out of the 20 people almost half of them are interns, of course all girls. The first few days of work are fine and though all my co-workers are polite, I dont think they have a warm attitude toward me but couldn't figure out why. Especially the interns. My girlfriend suggested that they could be jealous since HR hired a new blood MAN to fill in a vacancy instead of promoting one of them.

Couldn't give half a shit about what they think, I just need to pass the 4-months trial period before I get promoted to full tenure. Still, how would a red-pill man navigate a minefield like this?

For reference, I don't intend to hit on or game any of the girl there.

Make sure you're very competent at what you do and don't play politics with them. Keep it strictly professional. Tone police yourself so they won't find anything to nitpick you on.

Always C.Y.A. (cover your ass) with documentation and or proof of any interaction or work related stuff. This sounds paranoid but believe me if things go wrong it helps to have proof of everything.

Don't volunteer information (especially personal info) or go out of your way to help out various people without knowing the social scene there first.

Don't volunteer for shit. Stay in your work lane.

A few things:

If your on social media, keep it separate. Don't request or accept any of them.

Less is more, discuss your weekend, discuss your plans but don't bring any specific details to the office. Always keep it vague.

There is always a a temptation to shit talk that person everyone dislikes, try your best to remain neutral.

Don't feed the beast, if you work with a ton of chicks, there will be drama. They will bitch about the weather or something, its just their nature. If they are younger, the bitching will be less. Find ways to redirect the bitching or deflect. Teflon don you are.

Agree and nod is your best friend.

If your boss is a chick, try your best to defer to the royalty, make her feel like shes in control and you'll face little resistance in whatever you do.

Lastly, if you can give chicks the feeeeelz good in a work environment, you'll get away with a lot.

What's the best way to accomplish that? Nice guy game without being supplicant, aka lots of pull without push? I already did the basics like complimenting them on their hair/outfits, asking them about their life, but too much of that and you risk coming off as kiss-ass.

You can push. But that isn’t the point. Many people feel like frauds at work so if you keep the tone positive in a “devil may care” vibe, people will appreciate your ability to bring some levity to the table. On external situations, I let my temper go off the hook and can talk like a despondent, brash prick. But that is because everyone knows there are certain parts of our business which suck and my losing it causes laughs. Internally, I try to keep it off personal topics (avoiding reinforcing misery talk) and my discussions as objective as possible.

In other words, I create the other vs. them mentality on external and internally try to foster a no drama, progress oriented topics. There are certain that I’ll get more personal with but they’ve proven to be “trustworthy”

It took me 10 months to figure out how to work in a female dominated environment.

Heard this quote recently; men feel what they think and women think what they feel. So keep em feeling good about you.

No. You always stay proactive but just make her aware of everything. All chicks are micromanagers, you gotta feed the beast by over communicating to make them feel in control. Your still doing your own thing but they feel like you respect their authority because you confer with them about the status of decisions.

When you mean finance - it can't be corporate finance. I work in corporate finance and in my corner of the office I'm the only guy and there's 8 women around me, almost all east-Asian. Also my only current team mate, manager and manager's manager are all women. They're going to be bringing in an intern soon, and surprise surprise, it's a woman!

The whole lower level are flooded with women, whereas most of the upper management (VPs and above) are men. It's pretty obvious the company is hiring lots of non-white women to make up the diversity statistics.

I barely interact with most of them, they have the most boring conversations and I try to block myself out of them. The one guy who comes over and talks to them a lot of the time is basically a woman himself, and this bitch sits in my area too.

When I joined the company my manager and team member were both male, but we had a reorganization a while ago, and since then just everybody hired has been a woman. I'd say at the lower level, my company is probably 80% female. There's teams that I deal with wiith no men in them at all.

I'm currently interviewing for jobs to get the fuck out of there.

Study difficult STEM classes, or be involved in a job that requires advanced math like Real Analysis. Back in my math class, there were mostly men and one or two women. The instructor was female but the harder math you take the less women you will see, Like 1 out of 20.

Sales basically... sort of assumed/understood that "boys will be boys" especially if you make a big sale. Just have to be somewhat discreet and make sure that you don't flaunt all the ridiculous things you do to the females that work around you.

The more women are in the major you are studying (journalism, psychology, law...) the more hostile it will be for men.

Best jobs for man will be : Construction, Oil/Gas industry, Logistics industry, Sales, Finance, Trades, Engineer, Copywriting, Web/software-developper.

Not sure why people are saying Finance.

I work at a top IB and there are more women than men in my office. Other than my boss (who luckily is very red pill) there is a ton of prissy shit.

There is a very real and crushing pressure to meet deadlines here and produce results. Women breaking down at their desks or in the bathroom happens regularly. There's defintely nothing Alpha about that. Or all the stress that leaves you so tired after a 14 hour day that you can barely find energy to go to the gym.

Even at upper management, it isn't a boys club either. As the old guard is retiring, there's a degree of female proliferation in the top executives. It is in no way mad men esque, and we are kept on a tight leash. One of our VPs got outed the other day. A woman (probably his secretary) filed a complaint because he was adjusting his balls under his desk and she felt uncomfortable. Tell me if that's alpha?

Stay away from IB. Even the great pay isn't worth it. You'll be too tired and too stressed to worry about alpha and beta.

I do want to take a brief aside to mention my boss, because without him I would have left already. This guy is a gruff, cigar smoking, scotch drinking throwback. After one particular incident where we had diversity training as part of a business trip/conference, he took all the guys in my work group out to this high class strip club. I'm talking the kind of strip club where you see NFL players and rappers and shit. Basically the company ended up paying for lap dances and drinks with some of the hottest women I've ever seen. That was awesome.

But I was only there because of diversity training. So think about that.

@Godfather: funny that Sociology got that reputation due to all the feminists there. It is, in fact, one of the most redpill discipline ever if people are allowed to do science instead of propaganda. You remember all the 80s-90s studies about children with traditional families grow up healthier? That single women tend to be less happy? That women tends to be more attracted to high social status? You can be very red pill and at the same time be admired and gain peoples respect even in a very SJW environment. It's all about charisma. In a women dominated office setting you actually have a huge advantage as a man, most women cant stand each other, they'll either be neutral or friendly towards you. Back in my college day I interned at the HR department of a reputable 5 star hotel, I had a blast!

I made fun of leftists and feminists all the time when I worked around girls, at the end of the day they'd only tease me playfully about my political beliefs.

Trump back in the day had friends from all walks of life, would you imagine it? He is actually a very charming guy in real life outside the political circle.

Women dominated office setting can work in your favor if you play the political game and maintain your frame, never forget the biggest enemy of women is another women!
Never forget men have tribe mentality ingrained to them, they will always look out for each other. Women do not have this mentality, they'll stab each other in the back the first chance they get, you as a man are immune to this as they dont see you as a threat.

Of all things, I was getting into the most manipulated sector of sociology out there, Social Psychology, a field almost entirely molded and moldable by feminists and male feminists. I still remember my professor, a short woman with big ass glasses who in another world would have been hot.

Thank the heavens I went into Accounting/Finance or my lifestyle and game would have both been totally fucked.

It's not a one size fits all situation. Your investment bankers are mostly preppy, privileged, white kids who simply haven't had to work hard enough to dispell them of SJW bullshit and the back office HR/ops/IT/IA departments are overrun with the type of corporate drones who fall for that bullshit hook line and sinker.

VERY different story at small shops where you actually need to fight for revenue or your trading floor people. Most of those people are very gregarious, high energy, and red-pill people...even if they have to say those things in a very diplomatic way.

Basically the closer you get to the part of the bank that actually generates revenue the less SJW it gets. Most of those "diversity" programs just end up funneling them into mid or back office grunt roles to meet the firm's diversity quotas. For Wall Street diversity is very much a "for thee and not for me" type of thing. They tend to hire the token diversity candidates into areas that the (((people))) who run these firms will never personally interact with.
