So the story so far is (although not confirmed) is there is icloud vulnerability, which a hacker found and has access to potentially thousands of people's nudes. He went through the database and extracted the ones of celebrities.

Then he is selling these photos for $800 bitcoins on 4chan.org. and they are coming out 1 by 1 slowly.

Interesting. Us IT people, especially security guys have been talking about the lack of security in the cloud for a while. If it is not in your possession you cannot trust it. There could be some interesting fallout from all of this. The fbi will be chasing anyone involved for sure.

Keep dreaming. If anything its a PSA for not letting apple or Google store your personal photos and information. Facebook either for that matter. The cloud is not secure and the only way anyone will wake up is if more situations like this continue. No one cares about security until they get burned.

The lesson is don't take nudes of yourself and post them on the cloud, but take nudes of your conquests and do post them on the cloud.

Not really. They are pictures taken like everybody else does. Homemade porn is a big niche and hollywoods elite is just the same.

I'm not sure how to feel about this. On one hand we now know a lot of hollywoods leading ladies are bedroom sluts ripe for the spanking but the other shows their privacy invaded at an extreme level.
