Anybody work/sell in the Railroad Industry?
I've had an interesting situation come up.

One of my best friend's from back in the day recently told me that his family co-owns an extremely large factory in the Eastern Europe (think 200k+ sq feet)

His family specializes in large metal parts, specifically train parts. They sell mostly to Russia and EU (mostly Germany).

Zero presence here in the US. They wouldn't mind expanding but have zero know how for US operations.

Whats the process to even bring something like this to the market here in the USA? Certificates? Total cost?
