Indeed, that first one might actually be on the right side of Uncanny Valley--a pretty material breakthrough.

I just heard some interesting comments about the coming sex robots.

The industrial revolution basically replaced men. What used to take many men working long hours under brutal conditions to complete was all replaced by a steam engine and now today replace by pushing a key on a computer. This was a huge benefit to women and a huge determent to men. It killed men's value in society and pushed the balance of society into the favor of women, which they have used their power to destroy our civilized lives.

But more and more advanced sex robots could be the counter balance to this. As technology advances they can make these robots more and more real. 3D printers making faces that move correctly. Computers that can not only move, but remember what you like and be programmable. Eyes equipped with cameras that are able to follow your movements and hold eye contact. The ability to communicate.

Eventually they could make these robots be indistinguishable from real women. Maybe most men will not want these robots, but enough men would choose these robots over fat and rude women, that it would tip the balance of power back to men. Of course women will do anything they can to stop this, because they know this is their worst nightmare.

If I was a wealthy man, I would invest into increasing this technology not as an investment but in a hope of saving the west from fat ugly women running to the voting booth to take away our freedoms and way of life.
