Ice cubes. Sneak a bowl of them near the bed and pop it into your mouth before going down on her (obviously you don't have to sneak them, but I prefer making it a surprise).

The hot/cold contrast between the cubes and your tongue/mouth will drive her nuts.

Great party trick to entertain your guests.
