Prague accomodation?
Hey guys can anyone suggest any good hotel /apartment to stay for a short couple of days trip to Prague? Looking for a place with good logistics that won't break the bank.

Guessing city center is best for talking to girls during daytime and nightlife.

Prague has a good coverage on Aribnb, why not try that? You'll usually get a better deal compared to a hotel. However if for whatever reasons you want a hotel, try an online booking site and select Prague center. I once got a good deal with hotel PurPur (about 25 USD per night) in Reznicka (central location).

http://prague-stay.com/ is a place I have used before. You can get a studio apartment in the center starting around 100 euro's a night.

Another website, booking.com allows you to choose rental type. Click on apartments and it will eliminate all propertys that are not "apartments."

When will you be arriving in Prague?

Looks good but a little out of my budget range.

Be there 15-18 September.

I stayed at the Sheraton Prague two years ago it was nice. It's only about 20 minute walk from Old Town in a local neighborhood where the prices are much cheaper plus have a nice rooftop overlooking the city which is empty at night. I ended up banging my girlfriend there one night.

I stayed at the clarion hotel in prague. I can recommend it. It was cheaper than others, very clean, decent breakfast, good location a couple of minutes walk to the dlouja (dlouha) street where all the bars are.

No problem bringing girls to room either. The hotel isnt anythig fancy but its next to the river.

Another question for those who have lived or traveled to Prague. What is the best area to stay in? Old Town, Mala Strana, or near wenceslas square.

stayed at the marriott courtyard prague city for about $45. Its on a subway line, convenient to the center. Its across from a small shopping mall with a movie theater and lots of places to eat, grocery store.
