Hello fellow Rvfers , im having trouble on making a decision on where to live, if anyone with a similar experience could share some wisdom i would appreciate it

i found a place where i can lay down the foundations of a poosy paradise
Right in the center of the Night Life of Brasilia, 10 meters away from the most populated bars and clubs, also its more close to the university
problem is the place is so damm small, what we call here a kitchenette, the whole place is the size of my actual living room,no walls to divide the house into rooms, just for separating the bathroom.
Kitchen,sink,washing machine all in one place

I like a house with space, dont know if the prospects of banging 5 girls per week is worth living in that egg
other problem is that i have a home studio, i can be loud while recording, that seems a problem in a place with no walls or rooms, thin walls and windows with such small distance between them , and music is a big part of me life, i would have to tone down a lot my activities, place is a perfect echo chamber, the sound has nowhere to escape but to my future neighbors ears

This would look to some a like deal of a lifetime, since its so close to the university people flock from there to the bars in that spot, that's where all the hazing and initiations occur, really crazy place, some would kill to find this deal, i found out about it from a friend, the owner thinks i am perfect for renting the place, 23 yrs old student, he backed refused a lot of offers until now


there are certain times and places in my city where game is practically unnecessary, the right energy and people mixed with the right drink creates this condition, but it's hard to fuck close because Brasilia was designed only for people with cars, the time and effort spent on getting a cab or a bus usually dries the girl's vagina , this would solve the problem

so its basically quality of living+space+nerdy hobbies Vs easy lay
