Solo spots in San Fran?

I'll be in San Fran for 2 nights in the middle of the week... Wednesday and Thursday. (side note: im currently used to NYC, EV/LES spots)

I'll probably roll out solo Wednesday night, I'll be in the financial district most of the time.

Any "SFers" have any spots to recommend, hotel bars, etc?
