Decided to get one of these bad boys at midnight

   


then my stomach had a problem...







Yeah, don't get parfaits at midnight...There's really no nutrional value to them anyway.

Eh. It was a coin toss between lifestyle since in the forum description it did say health. And my point was that eating parfaits at midnight isn't good for you.

Parfait is not good for you, period, no matter what time you eat it. What's wrong with just eating fruit (tropical fruits can do wonder for you health).

plain (or vanilla for the weak willed) greek yogurt, tons of fresh fruit, cinnamon, oatmeal. extremely cleaner alternative that is very similar and very good for you.

I am not sure why this Parfait thingy is unhealthy. It looks like yoghurt with fruit and cereal. Is it because McDonalds has stuffed it with sugar and hydrogenated vegetable oil or something?

I don't know about mcdonald's but I've tried parfait once and it was one of the most disgusting sweetest shit I've ever eaten.

May be I just have bad experience with parfait.
