Anyone had any experience with this? I was out with NYCDigital (He was beasting last night, btw.) last night and I was feeling stuck in my head as a motherfucker. So it got to be last call and I went up and tried it a few times.

For those who do't know what I'm talking about, It goes something like this:

You: Hey, what's up?

them: hi

you: what are you doing later?

them: (some nonsense about whatever)

you: Wanna come home with me?

You're not supposed to break a smile or anything, just hold the tension and see what she says. It's an insta blow out, but It's quite funny to me. Anyone actually have any luck with this? I did it three times last night and got responses ranging from "no thank you," *ignore* and Laughter. Seems like it has potential if you're calibrated and have game, but I also get the sneaking suspicion that it could get you beat down if you use it in the wrong crowd.

Isn't there a YouTube video of this being tried out on 100 girls in the daytime and achieving 0 results?

The AO's a hoax. Even the most DTF girls require a bare minimum in terms of 1) a window into your personality, and 2) plausible deniability.

This makes zero sense. Any approach has some chance of success. It all depends on a variety of factors, the environment, logistics, horniness of the girl, whether she's alone, etc.

Apocalypse opener can also just be a street opener that is just really direct.

The bteer looking you are, the higher your chance of success.

Location is also a big factor.. On vacation, at a rave, in Las Vegas, etc. These are good times to try your luck.

I don't think it's wise to use the basic, bland version of it. I feel its better to chat her up for a minute or two and then deliver the Apocalypse.

I tried Apocalypse openers, but they never worked for me in the US or other Western countries, maybe because I have to be drunk to do something this in the first place.

A softer version of this opener worked for me with a 22yo Russian tourist girl in Thailand a few years back. She was at a night club alone, I walked up to her.

-Hey, what's your name?
-Natasha
-I'm Brodiaga..do you speak Russian?
-Yes [we switch to Russian]
-What are you doing here alone?
-My friends left.
-Same here. I have a bike, let's go for a ride.
-Yeah, let's go.

Brought her to my hotel on a motorbike, drank whisky with her on the balcony to build more comfort, then it was on. It's just a matter of luck.

Yeah but the verbal response was no. So it didn't work. In order to act on her interest he would have to move away from the AO and engage in normal flirting and then bounce her on whatever flimsy pretext.

The direct "Wanna fuck?" and its variations don't work. Yet something that's practically the same yet offers a bare minimum of plausible deniability like "Let's get out of here", "Let's go for a ride", "Let's go for a walk", "Follow me", "I wanna show you something", etc. do work, and that, after a bit of chit chat.

Honestly, I just was trying it for fun. I have a really bad time getting out of my head, especially in loud venues. Anyway, I had fun doing it. I may just keep this one on the side as a hilarious gambit when I'm feeling bored and want to push the limits of what is socially acceptable.

Sometimes I just get in such a stupid headspace that the only way for me to get out of it is to do something absurd. The Apocalypse opener is about as absurd as it gets for me.

civpro, enlighten us please, how his this worked for you in the past, a detailed report leading to the bang would help .......

It's a combination of things. The situations where I used this, was following up on intense eye contact and strong non-verbals. The girl who will invite you without saying anything is the one who will go home with you. It's just calibration, you can do it but you have to be able to sniff it out.

I use it but it's look dependent and location dependent, as Giovonny said. I would like to add that social status (if the girl has been in your environment for a while and has noticed you) vs (some random woman you just noticed and it's surprised and she doesn't know who the fuck you are/your vibe).

I have used a hybrid of this, 'you're sexy as fuck, I want to eat you up' with a playful banterous delivery, usually after the eye-contact break-off. If you look at women in a way that properly conveys what you want and your body language lines up with this as you approach, your work left to pull is significantly reduced. It is still difficult to pull immediately but it sets the correct frame to make things go much faster.

Most girls want to feel like they 'earned' you but all of them want to be taken. I noticed, a lot of the ones who accepted my outforth direct were on their periods too, now that I look back.

You gotta make it seem like 'it just happened'. It's like you're pulling her into a fairytale where she was so mesmerized by what you showed her, enjoyed the ride so much etc. that she felt that way and went all the way.

What you say is just to get her from A to B and isolate. The apocalypse is essentially, saving time at the expense of you serenading her.

This is why we 'take' the blame and lead. We look bad and their integrity is maintained, at least in their eyes.

She will discuss it with her friends, "I went on his motorbike and we went for a ride and I felt so thrilled that when I got off, he just leaned into me and one thing led to another"

I hit on my waitress at dinner about a month ago. When the check came I studied it looking confused. She asked if everything was ok. I told her no.. I see your name here, but no number. She laughed, said you really want it. Smirk, well yaa.. Got the digits, hit her up the next day, told her we should meet up, she said she had to work, was closing. Suggested hanging out after. She agreed. I hit her up at midnight.. invited her to my hotel room. She said she didn't think so she wasn't sure. I waited a few minutes and responded with "I wanna make u cum" Her response: "come get me". I would consider that an apocalypse closer.

I was at a bar in college with a buddy of mine, and he did this. There was a group of us and we were hanging with some girls we'd just met but it's getting late, close to midnight. He walks up to one of the girls in the group, said "hey, my name's Bob. I got a 6 pack back at my place, come home with me". She walks out the door with him. That's textbook apocalypse.

It can work but like Gio said it's highly sensitive to location and context. Pull this off in day game, now that would be a story.
