Åsa Romson, leader of the third biggest political party (Green Party) in Sweden held a speech this week that made my blood boil.
Seeing the progress made by the feminist party in the european parliament election, the Green Party has now turned more aggresive on the feminism issue in preparation for the Swedish parliament election this fall.




Rough translation from 3:06 and forward: "Women are a better model regarding climate politics. The fact is that men have a larger carbon footprint, they eat more meat, the drive more, they fly more. They are less prone to change their habits.

Simply speaking you can say that it's the rich men who cause climate change and poor women who are the biggest victims, both looking at Sweden, Europe and the world. [...] We in the green party question why the man sitting alone in his SUV should be first in importance over the woman traveling by bus and subway every day to work. We question why the man who's flying on a business trip should have his own airport in central Stockholm while the female student can't find a place to live. [...] We also question the Swedish man's right to eat meat should be premiered before the Sudanese woman having her harvest destroyed by climate change. We have to question the norms... The world is in urgent need of feminist politics."

Strange. In Australia, the SUV's are always driven by women, to the extent I think of them as the 'chick car'. I guess they need 4WD to more easily-navigate the speed bumps in the drive-thru lane of McDonalds after they pick the kids up from school.

No exaggeration, I live between two schools and a McDonalds, and there's a SUV traffic jam every day of miserable and stressed looking women driving over everyone else's kids to get their own kid RIGHT NOW, and fuck everyone else, maybe out of hysteria that the one minute window between exiting the school gate and getting in mum's SUV might be where they get kidnapped by sexual predators.

It's now so bad at the school near a friend's house, that they now have police directing the traffic on most days, because, due to the narrow streets, the women - and it's only women, waiting in cliquish groups and enacting the same old high school shaming and jostling for social power over groups of other mothers - have succeeded in gridlocking the entire area on multiple occasions.

At mine, if they're in an SUV, there's a 95% chance they drive 80 metres down the road, and start the traffic jam again at the McDonalds drive thru, because god knows children can't survive without fast food for a couple of hours, though I wonder why on earth you'd let children eat another meal between lunch and dinner rather than giving them a goddamn piece of fruit. No wonder every kid waddling past the school is obese. Perhaps they're fattening them up so they don't get molested.

Articles and videos like this lend just more evidence that cushy countries like Sweden which are very safe offer breeding grounds for these types of people.

Somehow I dont see them existing in places like Syria, Iraq or Africa.

If women really are better at taking care of the environment, they really deserve an applause. However the studies that have been done on the subjects have concluded that there is statistically insignificant differences between men and women. Adding that men work more than women and earning more money, the difference might be because of men simply being richer, and have more money to spend on travel and shopping.

Actually she has it exactly backwards. "Climate Change", as an environmental cause is pretty much a pure distillation of male thought "gone off the rails". I like to call it "Environmentalism for Autistic People", because they have this delusion that they can reduce unimaginably complex environmental relationships to just one number. Something to do with the amount of carbon. This is what autistic people do, at least the ones who are also very smart. They delude themselves that they have distilled very complex relationships to very simple numbers (always numbers). They have unwittingly helped those who benefit from the climate change hysteria. Central (usually) governments, through a new class of tax. Investment banks and their traders, and some other employees, through the creation of carbon exchanges. And to a lesser degree oil companies with existing leases who benefit from the artificial reduction in new supply coming on stream.

Anyway, the woman referenced above has it backwards, because autism is really just a hyper-male brain gone at least a bit wrong. The discrepancy between the number of male vs female diagnosed autistic's is enormous. I am personally very interested in the protection of the environment, but "climate change" IMO does pretty much nothing to advance this cause. It's just silly people obsessing on one number because they can't think properly. Habitat protection through the declaration of protected areas, like National Parks, protecting a broad range of a nations natural heritage is old school and a much better approach because it really does protect flaura and fauna, and the complex relationships can continue with limited human intervention.

Being amongst the world's most beautiful women, the most socio-economically sound (I'm just making this up as I go along, as they would, but it seems plausible), they had the whole world at their feet. Their little Vikings were away, but now they are all back at home and need to be castrated.

Dude, I'm going to GTMFO of this country in a few weeks. The most absurd country I've ever been to. The more time you spend in this country with its passive-aggressive people with skewed perceptions of reality the more your mental health is in danger. I've made sure to let them know how I feel about their God damn country before leaving. I sent an email to my boss and told him that Sweden didn't have a real healthcare system (the "best healthcare system in the world" in which you may have to wait for a few weeks to meet a simple useless doctor) and told my coboss that I hated every second of my stay here. (They reacted civilized although I've not encountered the boss since then.) Did I tell you that it took me 4 months to find an apartment to rent?

It may not make sense to compare Sweden to the US but I think it makes sense to compare it to the neighboring Denmark. In my experience in Denmark there is more discipline (in the society and organizations), the two genders are more comfortable with each other and people are less apathetic and don't believe as much in face values.

Its getting a bit absurd and since i am seeing it first hand its gonna get worse before it gets better. The health care system might be free bur its crap. Had to wait 7 months for a acl surgery.
Feminism is on the rise and all the guys especially the Swedish dudes are being shamed for being men. I did the mistake of saying that men and women are not equal physically and by doing that i had three skrillex lookin chicks calling me a misogynist and shit. Women and men are different but they refuse acknowledge that and play the victim card. Did she intentionally omit the lopsided differences between men and women where materialism is concerned? Maybe she thinks her stretch pants magically appear at Lane Bryant.

There's no "European" welfare model. The welfare system used in Swe for example has no similarity whatsoever with the those in Greece or Spain.

Also a quick look at the state of the Scandinavian countries finances (which is readily available online) would tell you that they have no problem "sustaining" themselves.
