You are better off just writing this one off as water under the bridge. It happened, it wasn't great, learn from it and move on. I certainly would not recommend giving this older 5 another shot for any ones sake. Imagine how bad your gonna feel if the same thing happens the next time you two hang out, then you might start to develop more of a mental complex thats only gonna make matters worse.

I wouldn't be to worried about your alleged penis. If you were really into the girl and really wanted to bang her it would have worked just fine. These types of things happen to all guys.... for one reason or the other they start to second guess if they wanna be doing this or not and BOOM... bye bye boner. Its nothing to lose sleep over.

As long as your penis works like it should when you are with the girl you really like and are going out with you are fine.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it, two things it probably is.

1) Nofap, internet pornography, masturbation, I know many men who have had the same problem, perfectly healthy men. When they packed it all in, they were able to have a healthy sex life and overall existence.

2) Personally I think getting quantity notches for the sake of it, is genuinely mentally damaging. As men we are taught to worship pussy and add this on to our already biological urge to procreate, it leaves us engaging in intimacy with women that are very low quality. Maybe I am over thinking it too much, but sometimes the social reward for getting some sex is better than the actual physical act itself, which it shouldn't be, from a humanist perspective.
