I have no affiliation with the author, so, this isn't some plug. As someone who competes for a living, I do recommend the book though.

If you are an athlete, or just someone who struggles with mental strength/clarity, this is a solid book to get you on the right path.

I've been struggling with possessing mental clarity, and this book, combined with a growing belief in god, has centered me, and helped me eliminate negative thoughts.

Anyway, I recommend it. But only if you are struggling mentally. If you are already kicking ass and are a positive person, I don't think it will change much.
