If you're worried about your books being stolen, just put them at the top of a flight of stairs. It's the fatties one weakness.

Also, I've only ever tried on diet book - the 4 Hour Body - and dropped 40 pounds in two months. Found it around the same time as the red pill. If I thought they'd take constructive help, I'd suggest that book, but I doubt they would, so it's all mocking and laughter here out.

And cancer. People forget that, but there is an obesity-cancer connection. I know it because I come from an Italian family where people were overweight and saw this connection firsthand. From the government's Web site Cancer.gov:

Damn I can't believe that I missed this thread! This is the proof that you can sell any idea to women with the support of the MSM. You paint them as a victim and they'll believe it no matter what. They're fat because the book doesn't work! And how come it work for others in worse shape than you? Well my body is just unique they would say. Any man thinking like this would be a definite loser yet women can function like this! Unbelievable

Blows my mind how stupid people are in terms of anything related to health, especially women with all the fads they have like lemon juice diets or whatever some celebrity is trumpeting out. It's as easy as eating less than calories then you burn to lose weight. Yet these people think following some stupid book is gonna undo 10+ years of bad habits in a week or month and they can go back to being slobs after and remain thin.

When it comes down to it, obesity is not only a representation of pathetic self-control, it is the embodiment of immaturity and childishness. We grew up on seeing broccoli as the kryptonite to children and the parents' daily struggle at the dining room table battling their kids to eat their vegetables. Society applies higher dietary standards and expects a more disciplined diet to nine year olds than 45 year old spinsters.

When I bought early game books, truthfully I was looking for some magic pill that would make me this charming attractive man, I figured since I BOUGHT the book, all the work was done.
