You're right, but there's a tradeoff between putting a few pennies in her pocket and making observations about feminism and all its contradictions.

Should we avoid all links to what feminists and modern American women are doing/saying so that we don't give them a temporary audience that lasts only as long as the thread is active?

I don't mind the links - we get more value out of it by using it to better understand women and recognizing the symptoms of feminism and laughing at the inanity of it, than the few pennies they get from our linking. My 2 pennies, FWIW.

Case in point - a while back there was a thread with a link to that too-fat-to-fit-in-an-airplane-seat Jezebel writer's article/verbal diarrhea (sorry, her name escapes me). I think the forum's collective laughing was worth the two Oreo cookies we bought her.

Yeah, actually, that is precisely what I would do. I would at most paste the text, or at least not discuss it at all. Prepare yourself for my opinion, hope I can phrase it in a palatable way. Firstly, I don't think this forum would lose anything by becoming less of an audience for feminist garbage or the musings of an overweight, jealous wife. We do our own things, like traveling and meeting women. Secondly, exposing a blogger to a bigger audience is precisely what she wants. She wants people to read her posts.

Positive or negative, exposure is exposure. It can help pay bills and encourage someone to keep writing. Negative exposure can give rise to more support for the criticized position. Also, links from multiple pages to the blog post give it a higher search engine ranking. For me, it's always a pleasure to log into a server and see that I have tons more hits than I did the last time I checked.

Realistically, she gets the better end of the deal when you link to her blog for laughs.
