That was my concern. Scandinavian countries are known for their very high tax rates, and if you're making like E 100K/year and have to pay 50K in taxes, Montenegro sounds like a pretty good deal.

Well, it is everywhere like that. However penalties for hiding the income are stiff, and you may lose not only your residency status, but also the citizenship if you get it. This means someone who knows that much about you can blackmail you till the end of your life. Not a good idea.
