Overall you did fine and there's nothing wrong with your concern or resulting plays. You won the game in the end and we all hate that slut friend. I don't believe that slut friends are ever uncorrupting.

At the end of the day, it always feels good to win or have the upper hand, so here's my contribution of a more light-handed approach. I definitely prefer finesse and using my fully intentioned moral high ground as one of my end game weapons when it comes to long term relationships.

-Concern troll her friend in a seemingly innocent or genuine way.

Fake genuine concern in a naïve or aloof way for her friends actions that puts her bad decisions in the forefront of your ladies mind. Your goal is to make her look like a poor thinker and have that in your woman's conscious for the duration of the trip.
+don't debate or argue against your girl's defense of her friend. It should all come off suggestively and easily brushed away, but organically frequent in how often it's brought up It's as if she has a huge propensity for being a dumb slore(which she probably does).

Along with my primary advice, play down your distaste for the friend. That'll make your concern trolling seem more genuine than vindictive.

Great job making her fret over you in your absence.


The validity behind my advice:

My girl doesn't talk to her bfffff(known since middle school) anymore and is pushing her out of her life for the most part. If they patch things up, I'll still always hold the upper hand from here out.

I have an old wing man who is super wealthy actually called after 15 years through an old friend that works at Neiman Marcus - go figure - not quite a billionaire but well over a hunge ($100M).

Has a lot of respect for my Nuke Boats service as he had an uncle who fought on Okinawa and was highly decorated - he was writing a book about him. So if we showed up at a restaurant or club and I was with a plate du jour... if she started to ask him to dance etc., he would blow her off... solid wing man - he looked like an Armenian Omar Shariff and was a plate magnet.

Rich guys are rarely nice and nice guys are rarely rich.

Sometimes his plates would pine over the fact that they got back burnered or put away on the shelf and would flirt and say they should have picked me... I would say "you made your choice for the rich dashing one versus the hideous nuclear sea beast with laughs. No they said we are serious to which I would reply.

"As far as I am concerned you are his property and when I look at you I see his name tattooed on your forehead as in property of... "

They of course would become furious - these were some class Fidelity, State Street and Thomson Financial or hospitality prime looking females. I would just laugh at them.

Most of my LTR plates would eventually pull the Cosmo Magazine 2 year 90 day clock on me - tick tock ticketty tock - lots of sex, housekeeping, laundry and keeping my bed warm at night until the 90 days would run out and it was full court press to put a ring on it... or lose your good thing (Them).

I got to give some credit they stuck to their Cosmo women Helen Girley Brown guns and bounced when I refused to be pressured into putting a ring on it.

Morals of the Story -

1. If she wants me to treat her like a primary plate she better act like she has my name tattooed to her forehead - any sluttycations and I am breaking plates and moving onto the next stack like Zorba the Greek...

2. After 5 years Beyonce's "If you want it better put a ring on it" is ringing in her ears exacerbated by her slut BFF harping on it. BFF: "If he loved you after 5 long years of you taking good care of him then he would have put a ring on it and bought you a house and wifed you up already - you are not getting any younger and your sell by date is coming up quick".

If it isn't spinning plates and life now you got to deal with Beyonce and the BFFs. Of course even JZ been getting some strange, sort of reinforces the old saying "Show me a really hot chick and I will show you a guy tired of banging her and her nonsense!"

Really, you shouldn't be in an LTR who you think is a cheating risk. I suppose it's fine if you have no intentions of marriage/family, but if it's serious, you should be looking for a different girl ASAP.

I would have handled the situation differently. You should have told her before the trip that she had to make a choice, if she went on the trip the relationship was over. You can bet your ass she would have cancelled.
