Are there alternatives to friendliness?
I searched the forum but did not find this question. It may seem basic, but it is sincere.

I've gotten some sex by being talkative and friendly, warming up first by chatting with a range of people.

A few days ago I encountered Roosh's ideas for the first time. I'd read The Game and some other PUA material previously, but Roosh's material is categorically different for having an explicit social critique. Much of it makes sense; I live in the U.S. and corroborate several of Roosh's observations about that country.

Throughout my life, I've been disinclined to be friendly. In the context of Roosh's analysis and strategy this tendency is increased.

U.S. society is profoundly dysfunctional. A significant reason is the misguided values of most of its citizens.

Given this situation, I feel angry, not prosocial. But in general the recommendation of game advice is to smile and be playful.

Is there an alternative approach in which I could be authentic and angry rather than friendly?

Replace angry with passionate and you may be on to something. You can still inject playfulness into an interaction, even if it comes from a cynical place. In fact, you may find some common ground with it, and make the chick feel comfortable with venting (read: comfortable with you).

The key is to not let it deteriorate into outright negativity, as this will merely serve as your own personal cock block.

RE: Are there alternatives to friendliness?
Girls love guys who are 'fun'. To be 'fun' you don't have to be friendly the whole time, but you need to be energetic, and you can't be angry or bitter. Nobody likes a guy who's always angry. Passion is fine, but anger generally is a turn off.

At the end of the day, keep things light and fun. Girls respond well to that. The friendly nice guy doesn't usually get tonnes of pussy, but the fun guy, the guy who's always the life of the party, often has is hands full.

Girls also respond surprisingly well to assholes, but that is better suited to pickup game not social circle game.
