Most of those examples just seem like guys trolling/saying outrageous things for shits and giggles.

And I know from putting up fake girl profiles on OKC and POF that the lewd messages women constantly bitch about are actually quite rare. ~90% of guys send out some incredibly boring and polite beta message e.g. "hey, i was looking through your profile and thought you sounded interesting, message me back if you'd like to talk and get to know each other, blah blah blah".
