Yeh you don't need to squat to have solid legs and a butt.

Never really did squat until my weightlifting program in college made me. My legs were trucks and ass was glorious because I was a sprinter.

Squat and deadlift provide more power and strengthen muscles against injuries.

The Chino/Kahki thing is a better idea as those hug the glutes better and women notice it more. I've got a rump butt and women will complement me on it quite a bit. Growing up I was self-conscious about it because its covered in hair like a grizzly bear but now IDGAF about that shit no more. Women still grab it when they get the chance too and they swoon when I am in the briefs. I never realized a good butt was something women check and sneak looks for, always assumed it was something only dudes checked for.

It's somewhat genetics, too. Most guys aren't given good genes for legs, and have to really work at it.

I'm the opposite, was given buff legs, but ZERO upper body. Have to work my ass off in the gym for every millimeter of chest growth or abs strength, but all I need to is ride a bike and my thighs will be fucking jacked. I refrain from doing more than 225lb in squats because if I did I'd have to buy new pants

It's good to hear that we as group have realized that girls evaluate man's lower body too.

Just recently I read opinions that women care just about V-shape and biceps on this very forum.

But from my experience - since I started heavy squatting girls have complimented my butt and have started touching it initiating sex.

I also love wearing shorts and displaying my thick calves now when summer starts. It somehow makes me feel like a goddamn sexual tyrannosaurus.

I've actually had to limit my leg workouts because I find my thighs and ass are naturally too big, which sucks because I love me my squats and dead lifts. The ache in my thighs, glutes, and calfs that lasts days after doing legs is such a good pain.

I've got damn skinny legs, I definitely need to start bike riding which is good to build them up.. But it's hard as hell to get big legs if you're naturally a skinny guy, calves especially are largely genetics.

I was mate with a rugby photographer, who said half of the job was selling sex to the female market.

Before I started working out, I used to cycle and jog a lot. That's why I have a skinny upper body and strong legs.

In America, most guys played basketball or (American) football when they were kids, 2 sports which depend on upper body strength. That's why you see guys with weak legs and flat asses here in America. Haven't really looked at other guys' asses in other countries (because in not ) but I'm sure their legs and asses would be much stronger from playing a lot of soccer (real football).

I think the value of having strong, muscular legs is overlooked here. Yes your legs and arse do get looks from women, more than you would think but there are other benefits too.

- More strength. Your abs, back, thighs and legs are all connected and act as one when doing squats and deads. Sex can be a full body act if done correctly and if you've been hitting the legs for at least two years some girl in the region of 100-120lbs is going to be slam dunked by you with ease.

- You're a man, men should be strong. I remember when my dad told me I couldn't lift something and that he should do it or someone else. How fucking emasculating.

He doesn't even think twice about asking me to move something heavy now nor does anyone else who knows me.

I've had a few instances where a girl next to me walking up some stairs has asked me to help her. I pick her up like a toy and plonk her at the top. The look you get for having such control over someone is a good feeling.

Although I have yet to attempt to lift some girl in the 220lbs range....lol
