Lately I've been getting better at dropping the whole nice guy thing and just focusing on not thinking of them as anything more than what they are: Human beings, just like everyone else. I'm also amazed at how much positive reaction something like a neg or cocky humor can get from a girl.

The one problem is I have trouble bridging the gap from friendly to sexual. In person it's easier to escalate things because you can be physical and build up Kino. But I have this girl's number and we were chatting last night, and although I started off being cocky and funny and building rapport by talking about common interests (Video games), the conversation just ended up being that - A conversation about video games. Even though I escalated it and said she should come over to play it still sounded fairly platonic.

Any advice? I've found that most girls are receptive to sexual/dirty talk, but there's still some part of my brain that tells me not to do it because I've just been taught all my life that girls are precious, demure things that don't like this kind of stuff.

i think you have to start out with kino in person to take things to a sexual level. Personally, i dont bother texting or phoning a girl sexual shit. I use the phone to arrange a meet up, then I escalate in real life. Actions not words.

Very true. Most communication is non-verbal, so having the aspect of physically being there could probably do wonders as opposed to just reading words on a screen (I've found that sexting really only works if she has a high level of comfort with you or if you're exclusive). This is why I don't think online dating is all that effective - Words and photos on a profile are okay, but things like scent, body language, how you speak, how you stand and walk, etc., are probably bigger determining factors of what will make you attractive to a woman.

With the girl in question, we had a one-night stand a few years ago. She lives far away and we lost touch, but she was in my area this weekend and initiated contact to meet up. We went to a bar and danced and got pretty close, but she kept putting up resistance (She also had a frumpy cockblocking friend who my wingman failed to entertain). I got some good vibes from her, but I guess it didn't matter because I couldn't seal the deal. She's initiated contact twice since and might be in my area again. I just didn't know whether to keep on being cocky and building rapport or making things sexual/dirty. I'm more of an aloof game fan as it's not so direct, but fine-tuning my approach to it is very touch and go.

What mtn man said. Use the phone for logistics....ie.....setting dates. Escalate in person. Talk to girls about relationship oriented stuff....their family...their thoughts on dating....their friends. Some of the worst things you can talk about girls to are technology...read video games, business stuff, cars, etc. Keep the talks emotionally relationship based. Let her talk....you just nod ...ask questions and kino.

Alright, that makes sense. Keep things short and simple until you can meet in person. This girl I mentioned in the OP lives in another city, though, so it'll be a while before she swings through.

A) When you're doing this in person with a chick you just met.

I'd love to think that you met this chick out at a bar or a club or something, and ended up getting her phone # and chatting about Pokemon strategies.

In that situation, you need to convey sexual intent.

One possible sequence out of billions
- see a girl
- walk over there
- start to chat
- use your opener (improvised, canned)
- once she gets to talking - > break the touch barrier
- after the touch barrier is broken, ping her with innuendo (look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about)

- what you got going on tonight (get her logistics, find out if there are any cock-blocks)
- *insert story, joke, comment, observation*

And the magical move that can turn a talking/texting situation SEXUAL?

"So what are you wearing right now?"

I consider this a blunt instrument, but it's definitely part of the code.

You may have to build up to this, you may not. It really depends on how you feel like approaching the situation.

If she asks why, either relate it back to something she said, or that you've shared, or say, "I just want to picture you right now"

From there, you play it how you want

Typical set up

"yeah right"
"I doubt it"
"send me a pic to prove it"

^once a chick gets in the habit of sending you pics of her when you ask, there's already sexual subtext. After that getting nudes is easy, and while you're developing this text/phone relationship, you can push into sexual topics.

I've fucked many a chicks by getting them to "buy in" over text.

But trying to fuck a chick/get sexual over text is SUB-OPTIMAL. So much can be misinterpreted (or show up in a court proceeding!)

The artist stereotype
- has a guitar, sings or
- carries a notebook with his thoughts
- goes to art school

From my observation, these guys are very "in tune" with themselves and very honest and they outwardly emote. This doesn't mean that they're "emo", or mopey and down. Bohemian players if you will. Gurus and Massage Therapy type guys. Sensual.

They're upbeat, and very willing to tell you how they feel. And revel in how the chick feels.

Once the mojo starts, they don't need lines, they use eye contact and body language.

These 3 or 4 archetypes are just the tip of the iceberg.

Anytime you see a couple, especially a couple where the one person is considerably more attractive, you've got a chance to learn something.

Every once in a while, you'll see an out and out "nerd" with a hot chick. Basically the Hollywood dream. And this isn't a hunk with a pair of glasses on, it's World of Warcraft skinny geek. When you find yourself just talking about nothing for long period of time and then conversation just ends it's your fault. Chit chat is fine but in the end the interaction has to lead somewhere [as long as you want it to go somewhere].

You need to learn to lead and direct your conversations. That means misinterpreting what she says, cutting threads that go nowhere, introducing new topics out of the blue, coming up with stuff to say, storytelling, etc.

Girls will steer you nowhere. They're very good at that. You can't allow them to do it. It's a bit of frame battle. If you make it fun/interesting/exciting for them they will forget you cut their nonsense and come up with something they can fall for.

Was tired last night and couldn't think of the term I wanted - "eliciting values". If you search around the old PUA sites, that phrase will be useful to find what you want. Ross gets a little crazy with the subliminal suggestion stuff, I'm not really sure that works. I've tried it and just come off weird.

As others mentioned, using innuendo intentionally misinterpreting what she says as innuendo is golden. You can be having a boring conversation and redirect her mind to sex with one witty phrase. What you're after is to be able to create emotions in her. Get her talking about a great vacation where it's warm and sunny and she feels relaxed. It's a bit like lightweight hypnosis. You can leave her feeling really happy that she talked with you and it's because she felt these emotions while she was talking to you.

The cold read threads on this forum are also really good. A cold read is a great way to transition or get yourself unstuck.
