Much respect to this woman. I do believe the people that live the longest don't eat very much (there's strong evidence in favor of calorie restriction extending lifespan), and normally don't eat as much protein.

Unfortunately, girls don't like skinny ass dudes, so I have to lift and eat like a madman to put on mass, shortening my lifespan by straining my metabolism and introducing more free radicals. I kept looking for something to be off too....Hopefully the story is true, but I suspect if it is, it is a combination of eating unprocessed foods with perhaps some koind of (Ancient Aliens reference...moving on) superior genetics.

Maybe in her distant past there was some koind of, maybe, ALIEN DNA mixing with her human DNA to produce some koind of anti-aging human/alien hybrid.

Mainstream nutritionists dismiss the notion that alien genetics might have played a role in her remarkable figure, but who's to say that some time in her 70 year past that aliens didn't come down from the sky and give her the knowledge to age so well?

Raw Vegan for decades before it became popular.

I consider 80-10-10 the best human diet, though a bit pricey, since it has to be organic. Raw-Till-4 (raw vegan till 1600 and then vegan cooked afterwards) is not bad either. Otherwise an excellent part-time paleo should be ok too. Although nowadays pretty much everybody has found the benefits of raw juicing, adding nutritious smoothies is just the next step.

I think she is a product of black don't crack + raw vegan whatever. My sister in law is a vegan since I knew her in my late teens, she looks the same as she did at 21 and is now over 35 plus she avoids the sun like the plague.

I'm a bigger fan of this woman's husband though. The guy used to run a meat shop and hasn't changed his diet for shit. That is how you play the game in a marriage. I bet she would have left him in a month of him turning vegan.
