I've figured out office romances a few times, just by how guilty the parties act.

A few years ago the CFO of my company and I went on a business trip and met my companies CEO in the lobby of the hotel. The head of hr were there. To me they looked guilty. They were being a little too friendly when they saw me. Usually they barely gave me the time of day. I told the CFO the next day that I think they are sleeping together. He said I was crazy, no way.

Well about a year later it all came out.

They are married now.
