I know there's already a long Tinder thread, but this is so good it deserves its own thread.

This guy basically redid his pictures to make it look like he was chosen as a Match of the Day by Tinder. He got something like 800 matches as a result.

I implemented this last night and woke up to 10 matches. I hadn't put much effort into Tinder before because it seemed like a waste of time, but I'm getting a much warmer response using this strategy. Girls are more engaged.

I'm wondering how this guy swiped enough girls to get 800 matches. Is there a faster way than doing it manually?

You can't "crack" these online dating sites. Women won't just jump on your dick just because they got matched up with you. That's what the dating sites want you to believe though.

The OKCupid nerd proved that. Of all the girls he went out with he settled for the 4 that messaged him.

I agree that hitting the streets and approaching is good. That said, there are a lot of bangs to be had off online.

This didn't deserve a thread of it's own. It was already posted in the regular Tinder thread. I had heard about this a month ago and had sent the link privately to anyone that asked. I didn't want to post it in public because it would go viral much quicker(which it already has anyway at this point) every other dude on Tinder will be using it thus making it useless in no time.

This isn't a "hack." It proves something we've all known since at least 2001: gimmicks will get a girl's attention for a little while. This one's obviously burned out, but some other guy will come up with another gimmick that he will foolishly post on the Internet and will get burned out within minutes. I can come up with two or three right now off the top of my head.

In the end, it comes down to what Parlay said: "How many did he bang?" In my experiments with Tinder, I've gotten matches with some respectable hotties, but the decay rate is somewhere around two or three messages.

Agreed. I've only had one bang off of Tinder.

But, I do know a guy is going on lot's of dates with girls from Tinder. He kind of looks like he could be movie star though, and is also very charismatic. Very short guy.

It is starting to look like Tinder is making you jump through hoops to talk to a girl only for her to fade out. Couldn't you already do that on OK Cupid without needing to be matched up beforehand?

Unless you are a new arrival to a small city with no centralized areas for meeting women in real life or maybe visiting somewhere for a short time and casting a wide net with low standards then you are hurting your long-term development by using an app instead of developing real social skills (which you will usually still need to get the notch unless you go for 6s or are built like a greek god)

I've experimented with Tinder for 2 weeks now. Most conversations go nowhere, some girls only want to bang at that moment (usually 2am) in an undesirable location, many will match and then not respond to chat or ignore you after 2 back and forths, and a few flakey numbers who want to get drinks but have to shop and wash their hair all week. I've seen hotter girls on Tinder than OkC though.

I noticed my matches exploded on Mon-Wed while flat lining Fri-Sat.

The problem with this "swipe right" craze is it's a good idea in terms of running the #s but it directly contributes to girls being flooded with attention. After seeing whales match and message me because I manically swiped right for 5min at work, I can't help but feel guilty for contributing to the "thirsty" epidemic.

Also, it seems like the purpose of this stunt was promoting his writing. He's like the girls on Tinder who put their Instagram in their profile. The goal isn't bangs, but attention whoring. It might work for bangs if he played it congruently.

I can't blame a man for attention whoring after seeing what women get away with, but... It is still attention whoring.

I have a take on this that might work for actual game. Plan to try it next time I travel.

I have ten plus notches already off fetlife this year but if you get a girls number off that site its pretty much a lay . I can't do POF or Tinder way too much hassle . I've fucked girls off fetlife who didn't respond to my POF message , its so fucked .

The guys that do well on dating sites are the same guys that do well in general today: the good looking guys with a little game. As the gender roles reverse and women start looking for "looks" the pretty boys are having a party. All they need is a little don't screw up Game and they have it made. I personally helped a fairly decent looking guy here and he's making a killing online. What you do not get online though is the top end girls. Those you still have to hunt down in the jungle.

This is still legitimate gold, especially for those that use tinder to troll. Like its been said multiple times, lots of us don't even consider tinder a viable means to an end, but it can provide some laughs. Like Nomad said, go out and meet real girls, that almost always translates to a better outcome.

A lot of Tinder bashing here.

I love it, and still absolutely feast off it when I'm in Asia. I think the $5 cost for a boost when you get to a new city (which is less than a beer usually in a bar) absolutely pays off if your tinder game is on point.

This guys technique is obvious industrious but won't work for long when a lot of people adopt it. Bitches be wondering they get 10 matches of the day lol .

Although it's not really 'cracking the system', with so many more matches, he should, stochastically speaking, get more action.

Also, what it shows empirically, an indirect social proof makes you more attractive in the eyes of women. He's been 'vetted' and women being conformist and cognitively conservative think "if all the other girls wanted him, I should want him too."

I can't figure out why you would measure an online game hack by number of bangs. Seems way less scientific (far too many variables) than measuring matches per swipe. We don't know the number of swipes, but no doubt his method would increase the matches.

It seems number of bangs would be more a measure of the man's game, although even that includes the variable of getting the matches.

I'm guessing most guys don't have the social disregard, or balls, or drive, or whatever to implement this. Pretty sure only 1 in 100 guys in my city would do this. And it's a guy who would probably have at least decent game because he doesn't give a fuck what people think, to some degree. Again, in my city, you aren't exactly anonymous on Tinder.

Obviously if you want to improve your life, you're better working on the long-term things (social network, career, friends, approaching, etc). But if you are going online, I don't understand the hate for improving your chances.

Because girls give out swipes way too easily. I totally suck at online yet I can easily get 3-5 matches even if I swipe the 100-200 or so hottest girls here.

Tinder is honestly garbage.

I used it for about a week because I had to see what was up - regretted it instantly.

The amount of fatties and trannies on there is unbearable, and I live in a major U.S. city, not some bumfuck town.
