Of course, after 500 years there are still white people in South Africa, Brazil, and Mexico. I think situations like that will be more and more common.

I suspect mixed-race people will increase a lot, especially the US & major Western cities, but not as much as futurists claim. There are too many factors at play to just extrapolate trends that way.

Also, obesity rates to drop sharply over the coming decades. If so many people become overweight, it will become profitable to research how to make them lose weight and sell a cure: a weight-loss pill that works. Cutting carbs & exercise only helps those who are really motivated, for a lot of people this just doesn't seem to work.

I hope newer generations will look younger longer & stay healthy. Rejuvenation research could lead to some highly promising results.

Marriages between immigrants from Africa/Middle East/South Asia and local Europeans are statistically insignificant. Outside of a few metropolitan cities like London and Paris, they are almost non-existent. Immigrant girls are not allowed (religious reasons) and immigrant men are not educated enough for most euro girls.

Well upper and lower classes will stay divided yes, but you also have upper class immigration dont you? And social mobility, both up and down, still exists, to varying degrees.

I think mixing ethnic groups is cool because of all the different combos you can get. My brother looks Scandinavian, has light blue eyes, but the blackest hair I've ever seen.

This is cool for a while but after a few generations of mixing everyone will be looking the same probably light-brown skinned, black haired and brown eyed.
