My Best Face is a tool OKC provides that lets you judge which pics of yours are rated the best by girls. You upload a few pics, and they have people rate them side by side with other guys who have done the same. You get a report that shows you your highest rated pics overall.

BUT heres the best part. They break it down for you by age, interests, religion, etc. So I got all ratings in the 70s. One pic was a 79 and did very well with "quirky" older women. Hmmm... Another pic got a 74 overall, but did great with girls in their early 20s. So obviously, this helps you target the market you want.

Plus its just fun, a "rate my face" for the modern day. Confirmed that, regardless of the pic, I am about a 7.

If you get above 80, it means you're very good looking, 70+ = decent looking 60-70 average

I think its pretty accurate.

I took this test a few years ago, but I dug up the report (my pictures haven't changed in the meantime) and here it is:

#1: 78
#2: 68
#3: 65
#4: 63
#5: 62

Still, despite the 78 rating, I would in no way call myself good looking, and I don't get almost any unsolicited attention. This might be due to me being in a city with a small OkCupid scene, but who knows.

Thats the problem. It's just you vs someone else.

While OKC gives you general idea it could be much better.

The most accurate system was closer to a hot or not.com where the user just rates your photo.

That's the point off having a large sample size. It smoothes out the wide fluctuations you have from person to person.

The formula that OkCupid uses is very similar to the one for chess rankings (and the one famously described at the start of Social Network). Unless the sample size is really small, there will be almost no variance because it will be smoothed out by a wide range of comparisons.
