barring circumstances outside of your control (eg she meets her perfect man immediately after she meets you), are the majority of your flakes an issue of value or comfort?

The former is self-explanatory.

The latter being she feels you're a stranger. What you did was provide enough stimuli for her ADHD smartphone ass, so she was in the moment and happily gave her #. In reality, it was a one way interaction where you did all the giving, and she invested nothing in return. Maybe you talked too damn much, which doesn't allow her to talk enough, and/or you only allowed her to talk about surface level shit.
