New York has a lot of blue-collar workers too...but they're not necessarily the ones living in the prime gaming spots of New York. There are also the financial and legal industries as well.

Keep in mind when talking about New York, that it has more than 8 million people.
It simply doesn't matter if there are slightly more men than than women in that
scenario.

Gender ratios only matter when you are talking about small towns and medium cities
with a population less than 1 million people. In that case, ratios can really impact
your game.

Although what the OP is really looking for are those desert Oases, where it's ridiculously easy
to meet women because there are so many of them, like walking into a candy store
and you are the only customer. Shangri la ri la

Those places do exist...however it's better to develop your game so you can compete
and win in any situation where there is an abundance of women. (like NYC)
