What are the best European cities for daygaming, in terms of female openness and logistics, when you have limited travel time (e.g., one week at the most)?

When I say female openness, I mean women that are warm, friendly, and on the lookout for men themselves (opportunistic).

When I say logistics, I mean areas which are conducive to naturally striking up conversations, insomuch they don't feel forced or contrived. For example, I do much better in places such as coffeeshops with a friendly atmosphere, rather than shopping malls where the women are pretty much focused on things like acquiring shoes. Of course, if there are shopping malls where women go to meet men, then I'm game. Also, places where there are an abundance of single women.

You seldom see someone asking where the most difficult places are and the most closed women.
Best cities are Lvov,Brest,small cities in Wielkopolska,Zachodniopomorskie etc.
For unlimited budget best city is of course Kiev.
