Best Online Resources to Learn Spanish?
A group of Friends are interested in learning spanish so that they will be able to work during the summer in the country as barman.

which are the best online resources to learn the language? any other advice?

Duolingo is solid for just introductory vocabulary building. It's not as great for teaching verb conjugations and other intricate grammar points. As a an introductory method, it really does a decent job, but I don't think it's very pertinent beyond that.

Once you've studied and acquired an intermediate level, I would recommend getting out there and practicing with native speakers. Check out the following website: http://www.conversationexchange.org This is an awesome resource for meeting foreigners (and particularly chicks) while fine tuning your language skills.
