Can't go wrong with the classic, Zig Ziglar's Secrets of Closing the Sale by... who else... Zig Ziglar.

Another good one is Jeffrey Gitomer's Little Red Book of Selling: 12.5 Principles of Sales Greatness: How to Make Sales FOREVER by Jeffrey Gitomer

I also like Kenrick Cleveland's course, Unconscious Persuasion.

As far as I'm concerned, Zig Ziglar's stuff is what a lot of the PUA stuff was based on ten years ago.
