Somebody previously mentioned Serbia and Croatia, I would avoid these places if you're really concerned about the height problem since people there are among the tallest in the world.

I know that you are into pale chicks, but if you are traveling for the overall experience and not just for the girls, I wouldn't rule out Spain. Granada is a cool student city from what I've heard, in the winter it can get cold for Spanish standards (snow is not uncommon) but nothing too bad. That stuff about the Moroccan influence is not particular of Granada, Spaniards are a mixture of the Celtics, Iberians, Romans, Arabs and Jewish, but Andalucians don't really look any different than northern spaniards, that's just a myth. In spain the talent is good, but don't expect to clean the floor there since it can be a tough place for game. I'f you wanna game Spanish girls, focus on student cities like Granada, Salamanca or Barcelona (1st tier city, but with students from all over Spain). Other Spanish cities like Valencia may be big but often have a very "local" vibe where students live with their parents etc so not exactly poosy paradise. There is however a big erasmus-expat scene so you'll probably make friends easily. If you still want to game pale looking blondes, there's many Brits and Germans around and UK girls are usually quite easy.

I was in Wroclaw for 8 months (did a datasheet) and it's probably the best student city in Poland. The nightlife is great in that you can go out literally ANY night of the week and find crowded places if you know the right spots. It's also very cheap, with your salary you'd live like a king there. You won't have a problem with the language since it's actually quite hard to find girls who DON'T speak decent english. There's also a big expat scene and there's so many young people that making friends should not be a problem either. Another good thing is that it's close to Berlin and Prague, you can go by Polskibus for weekend trips.

I'm not 100% sure about this but unless you plan on learning at least some basic russian, I'd avoid Ukraine, although I've heard Lviv may be good.

I'm surprised only one other member suggested Budapest. I was there for only 4 days but had a great time. The girls weren't as good looking as in Poland IMO but there are still many cute ones. Everyone says the nightlife there is great (and from my short experience it seems like it is) and it is also very cheap. In addition, the city is beautiful and I'd say Hungary has a cool, exotic vibe.

Overall, my recommendation would be:

-Wroclaw
-Budapest
-Lithuania/Estonia (never been there but everyone says the women are gorgeous and it's cheap)
-Spain-Granada, Salamaca, Valencia or (prob. safest option) Barcelona
